I received a message from Virgin Media this morning saying they had removed the mobile internet from my package. I hadn't requested this. I spoke to CS who said that nothing had been removed from my package and didn't know where the message had come from. Any ideas please why I received this?
I was given some Goodwill internet usage, but the text implied that everything had been removed! I have the £8 sim only deal - i think it has minutes, texts and 1GB of data? I have used some data and am obviously worried that i am going to be charged for it!!
