I've just moved to Virgin mobile from my previous provieder. Today it is first day as Virgin mobile works on my number. From morning time I couldn't send any sms message because or 38 error code. And from 2 hrs I can't even make any calls. What's going on with your network?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your new Virgin Mobile service.
Did you port your number over from your previous mobile provider? Sometimes this can take up to 48 hours to process, sometimes longer if there's an issue with the number port. Has this been sorted out for you since your post?
