Since upgrading my SIM to 4G, I now barely have any signal in my home. Are signal boosters available ?
Also, I am receiving delayed text messages. I received an MMS yesterday that was sent on 16th December!! Also other text messages from the same number are sometimes taking days to come through or if I send a message sometimes they are not receiving it. The sender/receiver of the messages is also a VM customer.!!
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties with your signal since switching over to 4G. As enlli suggests, there may be an issue with 4G coverage locally so switching the phone's network mode over to 3G and 2G may improve the signal whilst we look into this.
Can I ask if this mainly happens at home or does it also happen when you are out and about? When you do a network search on the phone does Virgin come up?
