Technical issues

Just tried to get a new contract with Vm and have been sent 3 emails one of which says there has been a technical issue on there end and they would respond in 24 hours but no contact. What's going on

Tried contacting multiple times today but can't get jold of anyone don't know if my order has been accepted or confirmed. Seeing as this is not just a one off and lots of people are complaining this really is appalling for company of this stature
