Technical issue

I made an order for a mobile contract online yesterday had 3 emails and then nothing to confirm that the order has veen accepted can anyone help

if you had typed "technical" into the search bar of this forum.
You would see that you are yet another person facing this unfortunate and on-going problem:

I can only suggest that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you.
