Hi folks hopefully someone can help as this seems too be a big issue ordered a pay monthly contract recieved 3 meaaages 1 of which says the will be a delay because of a technical glitch an will contact me in 24 hours can anyone help with this and give me answers thanks
You would be best advised to call customer services on 789 (free) from a Virgin mobile if you already have one. 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about the status of your order.
Or if you are prepared to wait this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on here. (That could take a couple of days).
