Technical glitch

I ordered a mobile phone on The 29th and received 3 emails and they said there has been a technical glitch and would get back to me in 24 hours. It's been 2 days now?

Hi Kylalh,

 

 

this "glitch" has been going on four months now and affected many.

You could try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can tell you anything about your order.
