Technical glitch

Anyone resolve this technical glitch or is it just worth choosing a different network provider

I'm the same, PM'd you yesterday Mat, need to no what's going on as my O2 contract ends tomorrow, if you cannot resolve my order I'll stick with O2

I'm in the same boat, placed my order two weeks ago and have pm'd Mat as per advice on another thread but no one seems in any hurry to let me know what's going on. Last heard from Mat on Friday.
