Technical glitch with new mobile order

Hi there, ive ordered a monthly contract mobile phone, ive had 3 emails confirming my account and a summary of my order but its also telling me theres a technical glitch with my order

Im aware yous are already having others with the same problem was just to see whats going on, Would just like to here whats the problem

Likewise, still waiting to hear back from Virgin!

Phone meant to be here today, waited in all day. Try to call but give up after 45mins on hold.

Did you get sorted? Does anyone know a email address to get intouch with?
