I signed up for a SIM only mobile deal on the 24th and when signing up I got a message about a technical glitch on virgin's side and that somebody would contact me. But I also got an email with my order number and the same statement Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order.
So far it seem nobody tried to contact me nor have I received the sim in the mail. Since I currently have no access to another phone I cannot call the hotline. Is there anything else I can do to get this sorted out?
