Technical Glitche

Hi all, another confused customer here, ordered a phone, completed, the application, received 3 emails, one of which was an order email confirmation of my request to purchase. At the bottom of the email were the delivery is, it says " there is a technical glitch on our end, we will contact you in 24 hours" it's now been 4 days. What's going on?

as you say "another confused customer". Virgin's technical glitch has been a problem for some time now.
Hardly a "glitch"

I can only recommend that you give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you.
