I recently tried to switch to Virgin Mobile. I filled out all the online forms and when I completed my order I got an email through explaining that there had been a 'Technical Glitch' and that Virgin Media would be in touch in 24 hours to complete my order. That was almost three days ago and I haven't heard anything! I've seen a few older threads by people experiencing the same problem. Is there a straightforward way to resolve this? My old phone is playing up and I don't trust it's ability to stay on hold for up to a hour.
