I have a problem with my phone order, I received three mails after placing order - one with an order number and information that there was some technical glitch and my application will be processed with delay. Since then I haven't heard from Virgin. Any advices?

Did you get anywhere with this? I had the same issue over a month ago, 'Mat' couldn't tell me what was up and I am still none the wiser as to why my order hasn't been processed. I'm guessing it's been declined for whatever reason but not sure why the big cloud of secrecy from virgin?
