Tech issue when placing order

Placed and order on Friday 1/4/16 for the s6 with tablet.
Appeared to go through credit check have a order number etc and email but it said there had been a technical glitch at your end. Haven't heard anything and now can even reorder as it gets to continue to basket and doesn't go any further.

You could also try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you.
