I have ordered new mobile phone with pay monthly. Have mail with summary and notice there is some glitch on Virgin side. They should contact in next 24 hours but now it's 3 days since then. Any help from support?

This is a long term ongoing problem.
Best answer is to ring 789 from a Virgin phone, 0345 6000 789 from any other phone or 150 and select mobile option from Virgin landline.
You can wait for a member of the team to pick this up but it may be slow.
