Tarriff change

I am on VIP sim only tarrif. Want to downgrade to new available tarrif £10 per month with 2500 minutes and 1gb data. But for some reason, it's not showing in my account as an available option.

Anyone knows why is that plz

Hi traeem

You'll need to ring in, ring 789 from your mobile during office hours and take the "thinking of leaving us" option, this should get you to speak with someone in UK and they will sort it for you with no problems.

It seems very much the process nowadays.............

 

thinking of upgrading.........you can do it incredibly easily at the touch of a button online.

 

thinking of leaving or downgrading........you have to get on the phone to the dreaded customer services and are subjected to something similar to the spanish inquisition.
