Why I can't change tariff online? Remaining balance is 10£, but when I try to change tariff, the message appearsorry - you'll need to top up your airtime balance before you can change your tariff.
you could give Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789 from your mobile and ask them about changing your tariff.
