Tariff usage

Morning,

Can anyone tell me what the bottom highlighted tariff is, Please. It keeps taking minutes off even if the phone is not used outside my WiFi area. I've checked all through the usage page but nothing shows.

A £5 sim-only?

The bottom one will be your minutes/call allowance for the month, and says you have used 5 minutes worth off callls so far.  The top line saying unlimited calls, I would guess it would be for the unlimited Virgin to Virgin call allowance you have.

The second one down is the 250MB mobile data/internet you get each month and will be used when away from WiFi, its showing you have used none at all - so I also guess mobile data is turned off on your phone.

I'm on monthly tariff and have been for years, I haven't used it much lately due to health so I'm on WiFi all the time. Its only started doing this the last couple of months.

With regards to data on the phone, there has been no usage of this in the period you've posted.

 

I'm not too sure exactly what you mean with regards to this, are you able to elaborate a bit further for me?

It means you get 250 minutes to landlines/mobiles included in your tariff, and have 245 of those minutes left. Are you saying you haven't made 5mins of calls since your last refresh?
