Tariff's in My Mobile Account different than those available online

I currently have a £10 sim-only deal and want to upgrade to:

 

£12Unlimited +Unlimited2GB

 

However when I log into my account and select the plan to change, this isn't listed at all. There's loads of plans but none seem to match those available on the mobile site.

 

Do I have to ring up to upgrade? Don't want to be spending half my afternoon on the phone.

It will be a call needed, ring 789 from your mobile during office hours and take the "thinking of leaving us" option, this should get you answered by someone in the UK and they will be able to get your tarrif swapped over quickly and without any problems :-)
