When trying to register my mobile account for the first time I would receive the following message after inputting all the information "System Error! Please contact Customer Service Center!"
Assuming there was a virgin serve issue I tried this a few times over the last couple weeks but I still keep getting the same message.
I finally decided to call Virgin Customer service, but after being left on hold for 25mins the line was cut (not on my side). I haven't received a call back so does anyone know what I can do to get this fixed. I assume its not a fault from my side??
I have the same issue now. I've tried a couple of times in the last two weeks. I called Customer Services, who had the same problem when we tried to register over the phone. The agent said she would get back to me with an email once she had been able to register on my behalf but I havent received anything in 7 days.
