Suddenly no service

I'm a new customer (since Saturday) and for the first few days everything was working fine. 

At home I had a good signal and LTE connection. Since yesterday though I have no service at all. I can't even make phone calls. How can it suddenly change that drastically? 

I've already checked the service status and everything seems fine in my area. I've also tried the sim in another phone but had the same issue, so the problem isn't the phone.

I've tried contacting customer via chat but it constantly says "all agents are busy". Obviously I can't call them as I have no service.
