Hi - ordered a phone and tablet affair type thing on Thursday and got an email with an order number and everything - so far, so good.
However, the email signed-off with the ominous paragraph -
'Unfortunately there'll be a slight delay processing your order due to a technical glitch at our end. We'll be in touch in the next 24 hours to complete your order. If you'd like to speak to someone in the meantime, please call us on 0800 064 3847*'
I can't sit around yakking on the phone to CS - sorry - any chance somebody, anybody, can let me know what's happened to order # 100000071406222
I may have sort of cancelled my contract with Vodafone ... how big a mistake have I made if, indeed, I have?
