Still waiting for a leader on the system service to reply !!!!
Even though this system outage is still ongoing since 8am and was told it was a major problem in another part of the country, yet no-one at VM can be honest ( no surprise there then) The service status page had not been updated. Kept like mushrooms- kept in the dark and fed bull****.
Still no access to online mobile account , WHY ???
No use as advised to call 789 as VM cannot access anyones account, WHY NOT ??? Tried to call to cancel again unable access anything. What type of company in this day and age does not have a backup system. Something is not right here .
