I ordered my sim card last Sunday (the 22nd) it still hasn't arrived yet i got an email saying my contract had started.
I have the same, I ordered last week, no SIM delivered and received a bill for the month to be debited in two weeks time, looking like I am not joining Virgin Mobile. Great start....
