Still no mobile internet connection

Why hasn't Virgin provided any response regarding the failed mobile internet service? I don't know why my home Wi-Fi is working but the mobile internet still isn't.

Home wifi uses Virgins optic fibre service, phone internet uses mobile services, reboot the phone, check the APN's are still set correctly, search for the network again, enable national roaming services, there is a lot you can check for your self here Smiley Happy
