I changed my phone but kept the same SIM card a while back and want to update its details in my account but can't seem to find anywhere to do it.
Having said that the new Virgin Mobile site is a real dogs breakfast so I'm not surprised, what a mess, did Virgin let the YTS student loose on it.
Has anyone managed to find out how to updated their details yet and if how?
