Hello, 

It is getting to the point that this facility has been unavailable for myself and my family for over half a billing period.  If it does not get fixed in the next day or so. I will be claiming compensation, should any of my family breach our data limit for the period.  This facility is marketed as a mechanism for avoiding data charges.

Problem outstanding for 20+ days now.

No substantive update in all that time.

Several apologies.

But tellingly - No Action.

Please fix for my account.  4 people ( my whole family) not receiving the service advertised.

I was promised an update a week ago on an issue that has been outstanding now for over 3.5 weeks.  Zero movement on getting a resolution.

Is it that you  cant get it fixed?

How do I formally complain?

Have had same issues for over a month 'our IT department are aware and trying to resolve the problem' is the only response I have had back in all that time.

Great this I had phone and new si. Since 15th sept and still don't connect on WiFi app and I been billed £3 for going over my data what a rip off again your problem seems too be my problem as your now charging me.

I feel your pain,  I have a family of 4 to police ☺️ One of whom is a data hungry Daughter!  It has got close.. she was down to her last 50MB.

I got an intervention end of the week last week and now it works,  I can only advise complain..
