Earpiece not working told virgin have got s manufacturers guarantee phone 7 months old refuse to fix, dodgy phones do not buy one or use virgin after sales service non existing on phone for three hours to be told to pay £66 for no fault of my own

With a mobile handset fault, repair update or repair dispute, you will need to call in on 789 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile) or 0345 6000 789 (from any other phone) or 150 (free from a Virgin Media landline) to discuss this further.
