Re: Sony Experia Z3

Hi Brad,

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

I'm really sorry that you're having some trouble with using the touch screen on your phone. I want to get this all sorted for you. Are you able to hard reboot the phone by following these instructions:

  1. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up button at the same time for approximately 15 seconds.
  2. The device will vibrate 3 times, release the power and volume up buttons

Give this a go and let me know how you get on Smiley Happy

Thanks,

Mat

Re: Sony Experia Z3

Thanks for trying that for me Brad Smiley Happy

We may need to bring this in for repair but we will try and factory reset this first. You can do this by turning off the phone and then following this:

  1. Turn off the phone.
  2. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys for 10 seconds until the green Android logo displays.
  3. Use the Volume keys to highlight Factory Reset.
  4. Press the Power key to select.

GIve this a go and let me know what happens.

Thanks,

Mat

Re: Sony Experia Z3

Hi Mat, have tried the factory reset following your instructions and it doesn't work. No android sign appears the phone just switches on again.

Any more ideas.

Cheers

Brad.

Re: Sony Experia Z3

Hi Brad

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this, as you're still experiencing the issue I'd recommend contacting our team so we can arrange for a handset repair. Either by phone, or by your 'My Account' section online.

You can get through on 0345 6000 789 from any phone line or 789 from your Virgin handset. You can also sign into your My Account by clicking [here] and take a look at the Phone Fix options.

I'd love to hear how you get on.

Craig
