I have been trying to contact Virgin Mobile to inform them of a concerning issue that I encountered this morning, but I don't have the capacity to hang on the telephone for ages for someone to answer.
I logged into my account this morning and downloaded my latest mobile bill. You can imagine my astonishment when I opened the PDF file only to find that it related to someone else's mobile account entirely.
So I now have ALL of the details of calls, Texts and Internet useage of another person. My worry is that if I have managed to download someone else's bill, how many other people have been given access to MY mobile account?!
This is a serious breach of Data Protection and I would like to know how this has happened and if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
I would also like assurance that my data is being kept secure by Virgin (Which seems highly unlikely given what I now have)
