Smartcall setup error

I'm trying to set up smartcall on a new mobile, but in the setup (on the mobile) when entering my home phone number, it pops up an error message "oops, Something went wrong. Please try again".

I have registered the mobile and received a setup code by text.

Thanks for your post Smiley Happy

 

Are you able to log in to my apps on your online account and access the Smartcall settings?

 

Through that you should be able to delete and re-add the device.


Give this a go and let me know how you get on.

I managed to get set up at home. Don't know if the setup issue was maybe something to do with my work, where our IP address is actually in Ireland ?

I now have a different problem - any smart call I make cuts off as soon as it is answered with an error message (604).
