I'm trying to set up smartcall on a new mobile, but in the setup (on the mobile) when entering my home phone number, it pops up an error message "oops, Something went wrong. Please try again".
I have registered the mobile and received a setup code by text.

Are you able to log in to my apps on your online account and access the Smartcall settings?
Through that you should be able to delete and re-add the device.
Give this a go and let me know how you get on.
