SmartCall has stopped

I am trying to use the SmartCall app, but when I select the number to call, the app confirms that I can make aSmartCall, but the call is not connected. When I select Doctor from the options it says that "SmartCall has stopped".

The app was working OK when I last used it a week or two ago.

It happens on my Andriod phone at random times.

Only way too get it back working, is to uninstall the app and delete phone from your online VM account, then reinstall app and add phone again on your online account to get a new code text.

Yes, that's what I had to do to get the app working again.

 

However, with a good app, this problem should not occur. It is a real hassle to go through the delete and re-register process. particularly if you are wanting to make an urgent call.
