I have to keep requesting setup code when abroad and on home return for smart call to get working again
any help please

I'd like to start by saying welcome to the forums, and to let you know I'm sorry to hear that you keep getting issues with Smart Call.
To be honest with you, this is the first time I've ever heard of this issue, personally I've used Smart Call abroad in several different countries, and have never encountered this issue.
One thing I'd ask for you to do is remove the app completely from your phone. Then re-download via the Appstore or Google Playstore, which ever is relevant to you.
Upon doing this you will need to re-register the application, then I'd have to ask you to monitor to see if it happens again.
