Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your smartphone not authenticating. Has this been resolved for you?

If you're still having a problem with this, we'll need more information.

Please let us know the following:

  • Where you're getting the authentication error--is this when you are trying to connect via WiFi, mobile internet, or something different?
  • Mobile make and model 
  • Mobile OS
  • Are you able to make/receive calls and send/receive text messages?
  • Are you able to try your SIM card in another handset and get this to work or do you get the same authentication error?
