Unlimited yes, but after 3.5gig they slow you down. They call it fair usage
even though you may have "unlimited" data. Customers who joined before 25 June 2012 and use over 2GB of data per calendar month.
Or who joined Virgin Media after 25 June 2012 and use over 3.5GB of data per calendar month will have their mobile data speed restricted.
Could you have used over this amount? Could this be what is happening to you?
