Sim only plan for virgin media customers

I'm on a 30 day rolling sim only deal and am also a virgin media customer for home phone and tv.  I want to swap to the virgin media customer 30 day rolling sim tariff advertised on your website for virgin media customers with more data for less cost   , why doesn't this come up as an option on my mobile account??

if you give customer services a call on 789 (free) from your mobile.

They should be able to sort this out for you.

Thanks for your interest in our new SIM Only deals Smiley Happy

It's currently only possible to make 'in family' changes to your package via your online account. This means when we update or plans or release new ones they're not available to select this way.

In order to switch from this legacy offering to one of our current deals, it would just be a case of chatting with our Loyalty Team on 789 / 0345 600 0789 as AlexKid advises.
