Sim cards

Does the info on your sim card go when you change it for a PAYG card, and how do you keep your current number

Re: Sim cards

To keep your current number, call your current provider and ask for a PAC code, they'll give you one which will deactivate the current sim.

You give that number to the new provider and they'll port your number over.

I'm not sure what info you mean from the simcard though, if you mean contacts, then yes they'll go with the sim, back them up to your phone before switching.
