Sim activation

Anyone else experiencing major headache getting sim activated?  First I was told it would be ready to go straight away, then within 24hrs, then within 48hrs, then by 530pm that day, now I'm told maybe 5 days!!!!

I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting - this seems ludicrous!

So my lovely new Samsung just sits looking at me.....it'll be going back within the 14 day cooling off period if things don't happen soon!

Hi I have encountered the same issue. I switched from a 3G to 4G sim, my 3G sim got deactivated and my 4G sim is not activated after I spoke to the person on 789. This is getting to be very difficult as now I do not have a phone line. Can you please do something about it.
