I am already a Virgin Media costumer (TV+Broadband+ phone).
2 weeks ago (15th July) I decided to change my number to Virgin also, and ordered a sim. I received a confirmation email but since then: I didn't received the sim, I am not able to login to my account although I already changed my password several times and the phone number that appears on my confirmation email if I have any problem doesn't work (0345 064 3847).
