I opened an account with Virgin mobile back in June/July 2015 to which I applied for a mobile phone and was reject because I didn't pass their credit check. The sales agent advised me that If I was to take out a sim only deal that I could have a handset after 3 months successful payments. After 3 months d/d's had gone out I called up and they advised me that i have to be with them for 6 months before they would allow me to have a handset, ( so lied to already)
I thought fair enough, but it is now nearly a year on and still no handset. They lie to get you to sign up and have no intention of supplying any handset. Please please beware.
I want to know how to cancel as I think the service is terrible and really would warn anyone against it.
