Sim Only and misleading sales team ( cancel)

I opened an account with Virgin mobile back in June/July 2015 to which I applied for a mobile phone and was reject because I didn't pass their credit check.  The sales agent advised me that If I was to take out a sim only deal that I could have a handset after 3 months successful payments.  After 3 months d/d's had gone out I called up and they advised me that i have to be with them for 6 months before they would allow me to have a handset, ( so lied to already)

I thought fair enough, but it is now nearly a year on and still no handset.  They lie to get you to sign up and have no intention of supplying any handset.  Please please beware.

I want to know how to cancel as I think the service is terrible and really would warn anyone against it.

Hi tommo2410,

you are not the first to be taken in by this unscrupulous sales tactic for pay monthly SIM's.

As they're a 30 day rolling contract you just need to call the team on 789 and give 30 days notice of cancellation.
