I'm currently on a sim only pay monthly contract and am looking at upgrading my tariff. If I look online on my account I can only see a tariff to downgrade to, but if I look at the current offers, there are higher tariffs available.
Can anyone explain why?
I can't explain why but you could call customer services on 789 to ask about your desired tariff.
