Sim Card

Hi - I purchased a new telephone and pay as you go with £10 credit, for my mother on 2/1/17, but after a week or so, a message on the phone said that the SIM card was invalid. I spoke to Virgin and ordered a new on 23/1/17 but not yet received. I telephoned Virgin yesterday on phone for 45 minutes, spoke to five different people - no further forward and very frustrated - any ideas ?

Open an online account with the phone number you have, see what it says about the sim, and if one has been ordered, some issues allow you to order on. The web others not
