Ordered replacement sim Monday 15 feb no show ordered another on Monday 22 now Wed still no show terrible service
if you chose standard delivery (Royal Mail, 3 to 5 day).
The poor service may be due to them - just a thought.

Finally one sim turned up Friday which I believe was second sim to be sent and another sim turned up Saturday which was first sim thats 12days from order well done Virgin, I cut original card to fit e.g. too nano sim with cutter
