Sim Card Not Arrived

I ordered a new 30 day virgin sim last Tuesday night and I got a message on the Wednesday saying it has been dispatched. However, I still haven't received it and I've received an invoice for the sim card as of last Friday!

Does anyone know what has happened to my sim or what I should do?

I was hoping I could find a way to resolve this without using the phone line, since the line seems to be permanently busy and it charges. If that's the only option tho, I am resigned to my fate
