I have received a new 4g sim, however am unable to activate it. I've sent READY to 789678 numerous times but am still yet to receive a reply. Its now been two days.
I just want to check, you have sent the READY text from your old SIM?
You may also activate your new SIM via your account or by giving customer services a call on 789.
