I've been with Virgin only 2 weeks, the experience has been a nightmare!
Engineer not turning up when arranged.
Virgin website not recognising my login details.
This evening no service/signal what's so ever.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Can't offer any help on the engineer, but reboot the phone if still no signal enter your post code on the EE website, check service, that will show if they thing there is any issues locally.

Can I just check if this relates to mobile services as I can see you have a similar post in another part of the boards?
