Signal strength in the Livingston area poor or non existant over the last few days

Both my and my wife's Virgin mobile phones have been showing one or no signal bars while at home and out in Livingston centre for the past few days.  (West Lothian)

Virgin signal website says it should be "very good", I get no 3G or H notification.

Searching for a network on the phone gives me Vodaphone, EE, and others but no Virgin?  Wha...?

Virgin should show as preferred network, Anybody else having problems?

My phone is a Moto G 3G, my wife's a Samsung Galaxy core.

Hi Soadyheid,

for an up to date answer, you would be best to give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. They would be able to advise if there are any known faults or maintenance being carried out in your area which could be affecting you and hopefully a timescale for completion if this is the case.
