Service

I have paid my monthly bill on time and all of a sudden yesterday my phone went out of service and still is

Hi Jamieleigh98

have you spoken to Virgin to see why your services are suspended. They could be suspended for a few reason to be fair so I would recommend calling them on 789 from a virgin number or 0345 6000 789 from an alternative handset to find out why
