Service disconnected, due to your payment system problems not recognizing my payment

Hello, 

 

Your latest system troubles you've been having didn't recognize my payment i made. Spoke to yourselves on Saturday and they assured me that a manager in there team would be reconnecting my services. This has still not happened and now your 789 is not working.

 

Please assist, i've now been without my services for over a week now.

Can you let me know what happens when you call 789? Are you able to call us on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone for this?

 

The team will be able to get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

It wont let me call 789. I have sent in proof of payment to theteam twice now and still no re-connection. Its now been almost 2 weeks with no phone.
