I have been using my mobile all day, but now (18.45h) the screen says 'service disabled' & I cannot use it.
What is this all about? I have never had this before.
I have logged into 'my account' on your website & it says nothing about the service being disabled.
I went to the 'let's fix your phone' section & entered my IMEI number & confirmed it, but absolutely nothing is happening.
It's been 16 hours now that I'm unable to use my phone - I need to know why it's disabled & how this can be fixed please.
I have now spoken to a helpful young man by phone, and he has given me the way to fix this, happily, Now working.
However, I'm a bit outraged that no-one here attempted to help me with this.
Perhaps you would care to share the info given to you to resolve your issue ?
That way if anyone else has the same problem they could try the same to see if it works for them.

This same problem has just happened to me again. I forgot how it was sorted last time so had to call 150 again!
Suggestion was: take battery out & re-insert. I had to do this twice, but it eventually fixed the 'service disabled' problem.
However it's still a mystery why this happens in the first place.
That's rather odd parsloes!
Keep an eye on it and let me know if this happens again.
